WINDHAM, NY – Windham Mountain Bike Park, famous for its World Cup course, recently opened its first beginner trail. Kaaterskill Cruise, a 2-mile green flow trail, descends 918 feet as it winds gently down the mountain. With a mellow grade, the trail also gains 219 feet over the course of its descent, so some pedaling is required.
WINDHAM, NY – Windham Mountain Bike Park will host the Pro GRT / XCT Saturday, August 12 through Sunday, August 13, 2017. The event, expected to draw professional and amateur downhill and cross-country athletes from around the world to compete for $20,000 pro purse and amateur prizes, will run on a similar course to the previous UCI World Cup events for which the resort is known.
WINDHAM, NY – The most recent US venue to host a mountain bike World Cup, Windham Mountain Bike Park opens for summer operations on Saturday, May 27. Lifts will be running on Saturdays and Sundays through June 30, with the additions of Monday, Thursday and Friday on July 1.
