BARTLETT, NH — Attitash Mountain Resort will once again be hosting some of New Hampshire's premier mountain bike race events this summer including the Eastern States Cup and the new Double Down Race Series. This is the third consecutive summer the Eastern States Cup series will be returning to Attitash, with this year's events serving as New Hampshire's Enduro State Championships on June 27-28 and Downhill Championships on August 29-30.
VERNON, NJ – This past weekend, the 2015 Mount Creek Spring Classic served as the second stop of USA Cycling's Pro GRT series as well as the third stop of the Eastern States Cup Atlantic Downhill USAC Regional Championship Series. The east coast resort was unusually dry and dusty during practice, but the skies opened briefly Sunday morning providing a short reprieve in the early part of the day before the track dried out and the dust returned. The Esatern States Cup always offers a great chance to ride some of the best mountain bike courses and trails bike riders love in the Eastern US. Developed in 2010 as a USA Cycling Eastern Regional Championship Series and featured two USA Cycling State Championships, the Eastern States Cup has proven to be a popular formula bringing together the best mtb racers and top mtb venues. In 2011 and 2012 the series saw tremendous growth, offering the USAC Regional and three state championships. 2013 will be even bigger as several events, including an Enduro and SuperD Series have been added to the calendar as well.

Windham, NY — The POC Eastern States Cup continues to deliver the best racing in the country on the best tracks anywhere. July 14-15, two weeks after Aaron Gwin won his fourth UCI World Cup of the season on the Windham Downhill Race Track, the POC ESC will hold the sixth race of the POC ESC season on the same great course. Racers will be contesting their own battles on the “big boy’s track”. The fast racers will be able to hit all the same features as the World Cup stars did, there will be a few go-arounds offered for those not ready for the big features.
