MESA, CO – Powderhorn Bike Park opens for the 2017 season on Saturday, June 24, and will be open Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. throughout the season. With three main trails on the Western Slope's Grand Mesa—a green, blue and black, and more in the works, Powderhorn is quickly becoming a must-ride destination in Colorado.
BRETTON WOODS, NH – New Hampshire's Mount Washington starts loading bikes for Summer 2017 this Saturday, June 17, and will operate daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Just a few hours from Boston, the bike park at Bretton Woods drops 1,500 feet of vert with intermediate and expert terrain offering up miles of smiles.
WHISTLER, BC – Whistler Mountain Bike Park opened for the season more than a month ago on May 15, but as anyone familiar with the iconic park knows, that was only the beginning. The park's season starts with the lower mountain's Fitzsimmon's zone opening first, and opens incrementally up the mountain as weather and snowmelt permit. PHILLIPSBURG, MT – Discovery Bike Park, one of our favorite hidden gems, fires up the generator powered lift this Saturday, June 17. Disco operates Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. throughout the summer.
BARTLETT, NH – The bike park at Attitash Mountain Resort opens for the 2017 season this Saturday, June 17. Lifts will spin daily from 10 a.m. through 6 p.m. In honor of Father's Day, all dads will recieve a free lift ticket with purchase of one for their kids June 17 and 18.
DONNELLY, ID – Round 4 of the 2017 Northwest Cup is set for Tamarack Bike Park Friday, June 16 through Sunday, June 18, marking the series' season midpoint. The park is a new addition to the popular Northwest race series, making it a bit of a level playing field for series veterans and newcomers alike.
SNOWSHOW, WV – Snowshoe Bike Park fired up the lifts on May 26. The newly crowned Best Bike Park put together a sweet little opening weekend edit with a few unnamed riders showcasing some of the goods in what look to be wet but fun conditions at the West Virginia resort.
WINTER PARK, CO – Located in the heart of the self-proclaimed "Mountain Bike Capital USA," Trestle Bike Park will begin summer operations on Saturday, June 10, and be open seven days per week through October. Lifts will run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Trestle will also offer extended hours until 7 p.m. on Wednesdays and Fridays.
THOMPSONVILLE, MI – The upper Midwest will have another option for lift accessed mountain biking this weekend. Crystal Mountain Resort will be running lifts daily beginning June 10 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Starting June 24, the resort will add an additional two hours to its schedule, running lifts until 8 p.m.
KEYSTONE, CO - Yet another Colorado resort is set to open its operations for mountain bikes this weekend. Keystone Bike Park will start loading bikes daily beginning Friday, June 9. Hours of operation will be 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday through Thursday, and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday and Saturday.
