2016 OPERATING HOURS May 23 – June 25
Open for cross country riding on the honour system (no bike rental or lift service).
June 26 – September 4
Lift service, mechanic service and bike rental available Friday to Sunday from 10:00am – 3:00pm.
September 10 – October 8
Weekends only for lift service, bike rental and chalet access. Honour system in place for all other days and times.
Our honour box is in place for those riders and hikers using our cross country trails outside of our operating hours. Off-hour fees are $10 for riders, $5 for hikers and users must deposit a completed waiver and appropriate fee in the red mailbox before starting their activity.

Full Day Trail Pass (includes one lift ride): $16
• Add $16 for unlimited lift rides
Two Hour Trail Pass (includes one lift ride): $12.50
• Add $12.50 for unlimited lift rides

Season Trails: Adult $125 | Family $350
Season Lift and Trails: Adult $250 | Family $550
Sir Sams Ski/Ride Overview
Sir Sam's offers both cross country (13km) and downhill (9km) mtb trails for all level of riders. They're a relatively new player in the downhill lift-access game, but it looks like they're off to a pretty good start. Especially for a little resort that you've probably never heard of until now. Getting to Sir Sam's Resort
From Toronto, follow the Don Valley Parkway (404) to the Davis Dr. exit. Turn east (right) onto Davis Drive and follow to highway 48. Go left, and follow 48 to Coboconk at highway 35. Turn left (north) onto #35 and follow through Minden to Carnarvon. Turn right (east) and follow the signs at Highway 118.

Sir Sam's offers 11 trails of both cross country (14 km) and downhill (9km) trails for all level of riders. Ride the trails from bottom to top and back again or use the lift to transport you and your bike to the top. There is something for everyone including a great BMX pump track at the top of the hill.
