While there are a number of Cross Country trails scattered around Blue Mountain, the Blue Mountain Bike Park is primarily a Downhill destination that caters to all ability levels. With a little local knowledge, XC riders can explore any of the vast networks of trails surrounding the Resort as well.
Are there additional trails beyond the bike park?
Blue Mountain offers the largest amount of lift-accessed terrain in Ontario, but there are a number of other trails beyond the Resort. Check out 3 Stage, Loree Forest and Kolapore Uplands while you're in the area.
What's the latest news at Blue Mountain regarding trails?
Blue Mountain tackled the first phase of an expansion project with Gravity Logic last summer. The expansion added new beginner and intermediate trails, as well as beefed up the natural and man-made features on Haole. A second phase is on the drawing board for 2014, but details we're available as of the time of update.
