Washington, or enjoy the thrills of lift-served downhill mountain biking at the Adventure Center! Currently Bretton Woods only has Intermediate and Expert rated mountain biking trails.
Experienced riders can weave their way down a series of trails designed with twists, turns and natural features to make for a fun and exhilarating ride down. The intermediate trails are moderate to steep terrain with open grass-covered slopes or gravel roadways. The trails traverse across slopes and require braking to control speed. Riders can expect to encounter rocks and roots on the trail.
The expert trails on the mountain are steep, single-track trails, and full-suspension bikes are recommended. Riders can expect to encounter man-made features and multiple hazards on the trail. Protective gear is recommended for the expert trails.
