Tamarack Bike Park reopens in 2016, offering lift-accessed mountain biking for the first time in nine years. It was once regarded as one of the best bike parks in the country, with more than $2 million initially invested to create a best-in-class trail system. This year, new resort ownsership is committed to bringing downhill mountain biking back to Tamarack and ensuring there's something for everyone.
Tamarack will feature several significant improvements to its bike park upon reopening in 2016, including the revitalization and reopening of several trails, a new fleet of downhill rentals bikes, and regular lift-service every weekend through Labor Day.
The bike park at Tamarack Resort will be serviced by the Tamarack Express chairlift, which will take guests from the base area to mid-mountain. Riders will then have access to more than 20 miles of trail and 1,700 vertical feet of incredible terrain that ranges from beginner to advanced.
