China Peak Mountain Bike Park is located 65 miles northeast of Fresno, the largest nearby city. To get to China Peak you will pass Shaver Lake at 5000 feet, a popular summer destination for camping and lake activities including fishing, boating and hiking. China Peak sits at 7000 feet in the town of Lakeshore next to Huntington Lake. The Inn at China Peak is a popular spot to stay, just across the foot bridge from the lifts. There is an on-site dining room and JW's Original Bar. Stay and Ride packages are available; they include mountain bike tickets during your stay. China Peak, CA – The VP EnduroFest series travels into the Sierra mountains for its second stop—the VP EnduroFest at China Peak Mountain Resort in Lakeshore, near Huntington Lake, June 20 & 22, 2014. According to race organizes, this event features a course that puts the “endure” into enduro, with three arduous transfer climbs, plus three technically demanding timed downhill stages on loose, rocky and dusty terrain.
China Peak, CA – VP Components EnduroFest today announced a change of venue from The Dirt Club in Los Olivos on April 19-20 to China Peak Mountain Resort in Lakeshore on June 21-22. “We’re excited to take all we’ve learned about creating and running a successful event at the Dirt Club venue and apply it to developing a truly world-class event at China Peak.”
