Canada Olympic Park (COP) offer something most bike parks don't: sweet freeride mountain biking and downhill courses within a major metropolis. COP features trails built by Whistler's Gravity Logic, ie, people that know what they are doing, so you will have a good time.
What to expect riding WinSport Bike Park
COP terrain caters to the most proficient and fearless freeriders, but all levels can find some terrain to ride comfortably. Features include a green pump track, skills center, dirt jumps area with a range of abilities on jump lines, and a grom track for little riders.
Getting to WinSport Resort
WinSport Canada Olympic Park is a legacy facility from the 1988 Winter Olympics. It is located on the western edge of Calgary, just 20 minutes from the international airport and 15 minutes from downtown Calgary, just off the Trans-Canada highway. Users are advised to allow extra time to access the park due to highway construction over the next 18 months.
